She's in Prison - MGTOW "Hi Sandman, A few days ago I was listening to a TEDx talk by Dr. Warren Farrell. The talk was generally about the boy crisis but he delved into one topic I rarely hear covered which is over-policing and the Prison Industrial Complex. Dr. Farrell highlights, "although we hear black lives matter, we never hear boys lives matter although 9 out of 10 incarcerated are male." Year after year it grows increasingly more illegal to be a man as the government passes new laws designed to control our behaviour. Whether the vice is sex, drugs, theft, or violence, incarceration has sky rocketed across the board and if you look at incarceration on a timeline, you'll find that that it falls almost exactly in line with the rise of feminism in the early 80s. What are your thoughts on over-policing and how do men protect themselves as feminism gains a stronger foothold in the criminal justice system? Thank always!" Well Mr Anonymous thanks for the donation and topic. I put the links you sent me in the description and will cover them in a few minutes. But first, there really isn't much we can do about the over-policing and over incarceration epidemic of men. Women have legitimate ways to steal money including alimony, divorce, micro divorce and dating in general. Her theft from a man is socially acceptable and even encouraged by many people in her social circles. Women are treated like male white collar criminals by the justice system when they commit genuine criminal offences. However, men are punished far more harshly for the same offences and have to spend three times as much time in prison on average for the same crime as a woman. If you're a man and you're going to become a criminal than you need to understand the difference between the civil courts and the criminal courts. For example let's use the relatively recent case of Bearing and him losing his YouTube channel for violating copyright and using the likeness of a cute and cuddly bear to attract people to his YouTube channel. The monetary value of the financial offences he committed were probably in the neighbourhood of ten to twenty thousand dollars. If you stole ten to twenty thousand dollars from your employer and were caught you would be fined with a felony and you'd probably have to serve some time and you'd have a record and it would become difficult for you to get a job when you came out of prison. But if you violate trademark or copyright law your fines are a lot less and usually the company you stole from will just send you a cease and desist and ask that you account for how much money you stole from them. If it's a small sum they probably won't even pursue you in court. I remember when I built my first internet business I learned everything I could from a seventeen year old kid that was generating fifty to sixty thousand dollars a month by violating copyright law. In the end he was sued by Corbis for stealing pictures of celebrity pictures, repackaging them and then making a killing. After being sued he still had a paid off apartment, car and about sixty or seventy thousand dollars and he was 21 years of age. If he had been a conventional criminal and he got caught and went to court they would have taken the proceeds of his crimes and he would have gone to prison. But because his crime was copyright he got to keep most of what he earned and got what amounted to a slap on the wrist.
